Project Collaboration
When you initiate a project with me, we will enter into a separate agreement defining the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. These website terms still apply during our collaboration.
Liability
In no event shall I be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services or deliverables. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Payment Terms
Payments are typically made in milestones. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Timely payment is required to continue work.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, I own the rights to all original code and designs created during the project until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of the deliverables is transferred to you.
Termination
I reserve the right to terminate our collaboration if these terms are violated or if communication becomes unprofessional or counterproductive.
